I ordered 4 items, in 2 separate of 2 each. I did, however, order them within a day of each other. The first 2 items arrived very promptly, and someone was home to receive the order. The 2nd batch have not arrived and I am not sure where they are other than to suspect that the note through the door from Hermes is an attempted delivery. I am not sure though as no reference number was left and it is not addressed to me. So, a comment against your delivery team, not the Quins shop, which is excellent.
