Do NOT order from Harlequins RFC shop online. Twice they failed to deliver a rugby shirt. The customer care and delivery service is completely incompetent and not fit for purpose.

I don't usually bother writing review but have been so let down repeatedly by this shop I felt the need to warn people I made 4-5 orders over Christmas 3 got cancelled without any explanation. I got refunded when enquired but no reason was given to why , I did not receive the order I should have 'run a mile ' but my son loves Quins and you are very limited to where you can buy merchandise . I will not b using the online shop again The one order that did arrive, took 3 weeks. I appreciate Christmas is a busy time but, it took 2 1/2 weeks to dispatch the items from the warehouse. I have a feeling this service is very understaffed and all my e-mails were ignored and I was never given any explanation- just ignored ! I am sorry to be so negative but, I had given the service 3/4 chances to redeem themselves

Ordered as part of Black Friday and as of 15 December no products delivered. Have contacted them through their ‘concierge’ email address but as yet no reply. Pretty hopeless, happy to take your money but no one cares after that!

I am a big fan of harlequins and naturally spend a lot of time and money on their websites shop. I have had almost all positive experiences when purchasing goods, great fits, good(ish) prices for the top quality you’re getting. And usually a good range even if it sells out very quickly. However I bought a pair of the slim fit training pants and considering Castore sponsor several rugby teams and this is their product, these came up designed for a very long thin leg. Considering most rugby players and fans have sometimes long but certainly bigger legs, we definitely don’t skip leg day. These training bottoms were far too long which is disappointing, as they cost a lot of money. I think some design tweaks need to be made. Other than that I’ve been very happy and impressed with the Castore stuff.

An error on the website said the items I was buying were for 3-6 months. when they arrived they were for 3-6 years... I have been told I must PAY to return the items and "as a gesture of goodwill gesture from the club" they will send out a new purchase free of charge.... THIS STILL LEAVES ME OUT OF POCKET! Added to this I was told to call to arrange the swap, but given no phone number. When I did get it, it rang until answerphone. Thanks Harlequins "Customer Support" for nothing!

I am delighted with my recent purchases from the Harlequins Online Store. The quality of both products was even better than expected and the speed of delivery was also impressive. I purchased the women's poncho for my wife and the dark brown leather wallet for myself. My wife loves the warmth of the poncho and the discrete Harlequins logo embroiled on the pocket. My wallet is just the right size with just the right amount of card holders and the design on the front is superbly detailed. A beautifully made wallet and great value for real leather. I ordered 2 children's tops on Tuesday 27/9 and paid £7.50 for courier service as they were a present for my godson and I wanted them to be delivered in time for his birthday. These had not arrived by 30/09 as one item was out of stock. When I telephoned customer service on 30/09 we agreed to change one item to a different size that was in stock and I was advised that delivery would be the next day. The items were only finally delivered yesterday on 05/10 which is very disappointing both, for me and, my 9 year old godson.
