I do not believe that anyone takes any interest in the responses to these reviews. I have religiously completed the "post-match" reviews for the last couple of years and have made criticisms and improvement suggestions, but nothing has come of them and nobody has ever taken the trouble to reply to me.
Is anybody there? Or, do you just collate the above ratings, tell the staff what a great job they are doing (proved by the statistics!!!!) and then just bin the rest of it.
