I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I was very anxious about moving from a small two bed flat after 20 years of accumulating junk! Martin Harradine came to do the survey and immediately put me at ease. He completely understood my anxiety and reassured me that his team would be up to the job, regardless of how much I’d managed to clear myself. We agreed a price and once my completion date had been agreed, we set the dates. The removal team arrived on time and were very cheerful, friendly and efficient. Even being on the 3rd floor with no lift did not dim their enthusiasm. Every was packed and ready in a few hours. They arrived early the following day and unloaded in 2 and a half hours! Nothing was too much trouble and they were again, friendly and efficient. It was such a relief to get through this step as a first time buyer. I cannot recommend Martin and his team highly enough.
