I recently lost one of the clips of my Curbar 5l running vest and I emailed Harrier Trail Running and ask if I could get a new clip and they emailed me back straight away and within 2 days I had received a new strap and clip for my vest. Such amazing customer service and I will definitely be repurchasing when I need to replace any of my harrier trail running kit.
