Edit - Received replacement and the error was due to staff shortage. I’m now satisfied with my purchase, Possibly the online side could be improved customer services wise as I wasn’t kept informed and updated (Especially as my item arrived damaged and I had to make a special trip to return it etc).
Sadly item arrived damaged. Received returns label, sent back and has been received last Wednesday but no replacement sent for over a week. No reply to emails now. Really disappointed as this was to finish a room and I’m currently without the heart. Fully appreciate damage happens in transit but the lack of communication and quick resolution is very disappointing.
