Before contacting Harrison's, I had approached another company for a quote and received absolutely no response. I organized another quote from a different company, their representative showed up but gave me the distinct impression I was wasting his time. Then I contacted Harrison's. Liz arrived to quote when she said she would, spent time listening to what I wanted, communicated with me frequently before the carpet was installed and made the entire process smooth and easy. The carpet layer himself was down to earth and had a great sense of humour, and most importantly completed the job to an incredible standard! Would not hesitate to recommend Harrison's to anybody!
