Harrison quote and follow up were very good, Alan even suggested we wait a few days for the promos to come out which saved us quiet a lot of money, we are very pleased with the carpet and the lift it has given to our house, I would not hesitate to recommend Harrison Taupo, also I would like to mention the carpet layer who did a fantastic job,
