Our install of new carpet into a house we were moving into was disrupted at the last minute by level 4 lockdown due to COVID 19. Communication from Harrison’s was immediate and as soon as we were able to proceed (level 3) Harrison’s did everything they could to accommodate our new moving date etc. All our dealings with the staff at Harrison’s have been very professional from the franchisee’s to the office lady to the carpet installers. We would highly recommend Harrison’s.
