We had excellent service from Shane and Karen in Hamilton, and also from the two carpet layers who laid our lounge/dining room carpet in less than two hours, while also moving the heavy furniture before and after the carpet laying. Shane came around the day after our call with samples and provided a comprehensive written quote the same day. The carpet was installed about two weeks later - we had been anticipating a month or more. We are very happy with the service and product.
