We got new carpet installed and the first night it was very cold and felt wet and damp to walk on with Sox.
We have had a dehumidifier going in every room and are getting 2 cup fulls of water throughout the house plus opening all doors and windows every day and also a fire going .
It reaks of musky wet smell.
Our old carpet was down for 50 years and didn't smell like this.
We are burning fragrance oils to disguise the smell but you can still smell the stench when they go out.
Very disappointed with the product
