I first contacted Miles @ Harrisons, Palmerston North in July 2021. After confirming what I wanted I paid the deposit and booked a date. Unfortunately due to ongoing problems over the following months. the builder was fired and I was then in a situation where I needed to save again to have the work redone and completed by another builder. I kept Miles in the loop re where I was at over those 2 years and he couldn't have been more understanding of the situation. The vinyl has finally been laid (which he held in storage for me over this time) and looks great. I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, and patience :)
