Hi I recently had some carpets replaced by your Porirua branch.
The service was good as was the laying.
The colour was the only acceptable thing about the carpet
The carpet it's self is rubbish.
It was never explained to us the carpet we chose was subject to tracking marks.
The consequences are that the finished product detracts rather than enhancing the rooms.
I believe this product is sub standard.
I am extremely dissapointed with the result
