Jeremy from Rodney was amazing to deal with. The main reason we went with Harrisons was because of the confidence he gave us when changing to laminate flooring. He went the extra mile sourcing like for like product, and we appreciated that. Jeremy was very easy to deal with and addressed all concerns and queries professionally. Timing was perfect-everything happened as and when expected. Thumbs up to John the installer too. He was lovely and did a fantastic job preparing and laying the floors which look amazing!
