The people are lovely and job well done. The issue is that I was told there would be a $200 discount as I had bought carpet from them last year. When the final invoice came, there was no discount. I queried this Danny was going to sort it. The cost was $1700 and I paid $1500 . Today I received an email asking for the outstanding $200 as head office declined the request for a voucher honouring the discount. This was because the job was under $2,000.
I don’t believe this is fair or right.
