Mostly great service, again, thank you Jeff, the third time I have used Harrisons for different stages of our slow house. I would have appreciated a phone call to inform of the delay to the arranged time for carpet laying rather than chasing it up myself with two phone calls. And I still need to find out what's happened to the runner which was ordered at the time, but made too large so sent back for correct sizing...no communication about this yet and it was a few weeks back.
Excellent workmanship, thank you Tom. Perfection and ultra tidy.
