The after service has been dismissive and we have a number of matters not resolved. Carpet was badly installed with a big untidy leap from kitchen to lounge. Also installers managed to damage the gib on my lounge, badly, and the carpet doesn't even join in one of my steps. I have rang and emailed the Cromwell representative/sales person inumerous times and it is very hard to get a straight answer from him if any answer at all. I'm looking for my legal rights as $9k is a substantial amount of money for my family to have such a cowboy job!
