I found both Helen and Garry courteous, helpful and professional. My sincere thanks to each of them. There does appear to be a breakdown in communication somewhere in the system though, as having indicated a bit of a problem post installation, I waited several weeks without address. Full marks though for the fast reaction to my second email. Possibly Xmas and market pressures. Helen's follow up to that was great. Thank you.
