I posted my review last night. This is your response as cut and pasted from below: "Thank you for your feedback. I understand that this was a long and stressful process for you both. It is disappointing that the outcome has left you feeling so unhappy but I am glad that we came to a mutual resolve".
This is a blatant lie. There has been no resolution. In fact, I've been told: "Yes, you're right, this issue is bigger than initially thought...all the best in reaching a resolution....."
