Awful accusatory email because of bad customer service . Whangarei. If they had sent an email with an apology or shown a bit of empathy I wouldn't be writing this. They took it for granted that I would know that doors need planing after install. I read it in the docs but as no one said anything to me I assumed mine were ok. I sent them an email and got one back with misinformation and quite accusatory. Whangarei need customer service training.
