Shirley arrived fully armed with samples, knowledge, and plain old good taste. She listened, advised, and followed up in a most professional manner. The flooring contractors were similarly careful, cheerful, and most professional (the vinyl laying was millimetre-perfect, the carpeting immaculate). Overall, a great experience: very highly recommended.
