I was unaware of the change of ownership, of the Franchise. This initially made communication frustrating, as I had dealt with this Franchise twice before, and they seemed confused when we began contact, for the third job. However, from the point of "ownership clarity" onwards, the entire team were attentive and did a great job. Although Covid Lockdown delayed the work, they completed the job immediately when able to do so.
