we were quite happy as i said - we don't use that part of the house so we do not see the carpet that much - staff were pleasant and polite, no issues. The only thing that I wondered about was the wardrobes - the linen cupboard was carpeted as it already was, but the 3 wardrobes in the bedrooms weren't carpeted, but to be honest, not sure if it was carpeted originally as not that familiar with those rooms - i guess we could have been asked, but ??something that could be mentioned beforehand?? Have not thought about it since installation - So not a criticism at all - as i said, we are more than happy with the result. Cheers
