I felt very well respected during the quote, and appreciated that Miles was really listening to what I wanted to achieve with my carpet. I had no problem making contact with the company when I had any questions. I would also like to mention the lovely an who came to lay my carpet. Stu helped me work out wires on my tv so that I could move the console out of the room, and he coped with an outsized couch ! He was even finished in a great time ! Thank you for a five star service , I appreciate it .
