No quality check on product. Joins puckered and lining longer than uneven curtains all the way along the bottom of the curtains (all of them). No communication from Head Office excwpt for delays and a bunch of excuses. Also trying to do hack the a fix despite the curtains being so short in parts there would not be enough fabric, let alone the fabric will be damaged.
No joy at all in this $4,5k purchase- and that's with 40% off - something I would expect when spending thousands.
Harrison's should be ashamed of their quality they sent out and their customer service with poor remedy even under the Consumer Guarantee Act.
Definitely would not recommend!
Lewis' or Spotlight much better in my experience.
