We have just had our kitchen and lounge done with blinds. Am really happy with them and now we have decided to go ahead with the bedrooms. Did not have to wait to long for them to be installed.

Worst customer service - we have potentially encountered. Continually had to chase to see where we were at (and had to chase chasers and no one acknowledged our emails). Had a faulty blind motor, and still waiting to see when that's being replaced (yes chased again but nothing).....Also used Harrisons as we wanted the blinds to connect to our Alexa. We cant get it working, and was initially told we had to sort it ourselves. When we said that's not right, they said to try these steps, but still cant get it working.. (surprise, last email to chase a few days ago hasn't been acknowledge so don't know what's going on)

We recently had blackout and sheer curtains, along with Roman blinds, installed in our bedrooms, and we absolutely love them! The quality is excellent, and they have completely transformed the look and feel of the rooms. Aimee was fantastic to work with—she was easy to communicate with, attentive to our needs, and offered great advice. The installation process was smooth and professional. We’re so happy with the service and would highly recommend Aimee to anyone looking for beautiful and functional window treatments!

I ordered custom curtains from Harrisons 12 months ago, carefully choosing a grey tone that would complement our home’s decor (we were going through a major renovation). However when they arrived they were a noticeable blue tone, which is very different from the original sample I based my decision on. At installation I straight away asked the installer what the colour was as I knew then they didnt look right. He said they are written on the plastic so I checked and it had the name of the colour I remember selecting, but in my mind did not match. I left them on the windows hoping that overtime I would see a different colour! We were overseas for about the equivalent of 4 months, but on my return to clarify the issue, the Franchise Manager, consultant, and I have all reviewed three samples and taken photos: the original sample I selected, a new batch sample now used in consultations, and the actual fabric batch the factory used to produce my curtains. The factory's fabric is distinctly blue, yet both the factory and Harrisons’ representatives believe that this matches the grey I selected due to a ‘tolerance range’ policy, which was not communicated during my initial consultation, or included in the terms and conditions I signed. I’ve requested a solution three times and each time I have been told there's nothing that can be done due to the length of time and the tolerance range. I have referred to the Consumer Guarantees Act directly identifying my issues and aligning them to the Act to no avail. My next step will be to contact Head Office. I should have addressed this sooner, on the day. But the curtains had been delayed (ended up in the South Island) and I didnt want to question the consultant, but in my gut, I knew they were wrong and after returning from overseas, realised just how wrong they were.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are not happy with the product. I know that there have been discussions with you involving the product manager and franchise manager. After the curtains have been installed for 12 months there will also be colour changing due to fading. With all products, be it carpet, fabrics, leather, there is always a variance from dye batch to dye batch. This is why product orders always need to be made from the same batch. Paula Youds was an absolute delight to work with; super efficient and conscientious, stylish within herself which meant her fabric sample choices and recommendations were fabulous ... and most importantly, she listened to my needs. Her personalised service and communications (as well as her Teams, Aaron being the Installer) is a credit to the Harrison brand. Upon the completed installation of all rooms within our new house, we had a transformed "Home" which we love. I would have no hesitation in using Paula and Harrisons in the future or referring their services to others.

Robyn was on our doorstep a few days after we lodged an enquirey. Great selection of samples. She measured and super helpful. We had our new curtains delivered and installed by Carol Anne and Tony who did a fabulous job and the curtains are lovely. What a fabulous team. Highly recommend.

Yeah hi, I brought curtains and nets for my Lounge around Dec 2018. The net on the smaller window but still a good-sized window well the net just decentigated into it was like dry rotted after two years I just couldn't believe this happened. I wasn't impressed with it but the rest of the nets are good go figure

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The job of window treatments is not only for privacy and asthetics but to protect your flooring and furniture from sun damage. It sounds like this window covering has done it's job and the strenght of our New Zealand sun has caused the curtain to deteriorate. The reason that only one of your curtains has been affected will be due to where it is situated and the amount of direct sun that it receives. That is why other windows which receive less hours of direct sunlight behave differently. Please let us know if you would like us to come and requote for a new solution for that window. Paula Youlds made the process do easy. She offered helpful advice on colour choices and curtain types for both pur family home and our rental property, and we are so happy with the outcome. We highly reccomend to anyone looking for curtains!

Kapiti Coast. We were very happy with the blinds and installation. However the service and communication was very poor. We paid a $1200 deposit a day after we accepted the quote. 10 days after the quote was paid we had a phone call from Janine, from admin asking if we were going ahead with the blinds. Here we were thinking our blinds were being made, but no. The communication between admin and the Kapiti Owner is obviously not good. The whole experience was disappointing, no communication what so ever throughout, except when I emailed to ask what was happening at different times. I would suggest to use the well known local firm, who I have used in the past, if you want someone that communicates and appreciates your business.
