Curtains were great. Better communication with the agent would have been appreciated. Delivery of final products would be REALLY appreciation .....They've been 7 months in the pipeline.

The cutting and tailoring techniques aren't that great, the edges aren't even straight and the sheers are shorter than the measurement taken, they're at least 2 fingers' space lifted off the ground

Disappointed with 2 of the bedrooms , gaps let light, we said rooms needed to be dark and what we got do not suit, happy with the other 3 rooms though, a lot of money spent to not get what we really wanted sadly

Sales person was very pleasant and helpful but appeared to have had limited experience regarding voile curtains. Fullness was set at 1.5 but from this experience, it needs to be at least 2 or more to get the best result. The job was spoilt due to this failure.

Paint was scraped while a blond was replaced with no apology. Curtain tracks were changed reducing the flexibility of the curtain on a corner track. Old tracks were left in place with original glides , these were from the 70s and brittle . I was offered a packet of glides to appease, not actually good enough. When working with older houses its best to work to the eye as they are never really square. One blind drop was hung strains but looked uneven as window was not square. I questioned this and was promptly told nothing they could do, I would have dropped one side of the blind by 5 ml, you would not of seen the top as under a permit.

The wait time for an agent was long so I did my own accurate measurements, Surely I should have been given a discount for saving the agent a visit?

The Person who came to measure was great, we had a laugh and she knows her colours but rushed and arrived the wrong day. once I accepted the invoice it was downhill. They don’t tell you realistically how long it’s going to be, you have to follow up, they also make errors on their side but expect you to pick it up and charged the cost for it. This is a franchise business so it will vary. The curtains well made.

I was disappointed with the communication. Taking over a week to reply to emails. I had to chase people to get any answers. When it came to installing the curtains they had the wrong track

Not satisfied with blinds, drapes in main bedroom too long, blinds in bathroom don’t cover window, blind in spare room don’t pull up so looking in place, corners turned up.

A mistake in measuring of initial split blinds, then a wrong blind delivered causing much longer waiting time. When the blind finally arrived and was fitted we were really happy with the final result. From start to finish nearly five months had passed. Harrison’s were very apologetic about this and gave us a lovely gift basket. And after living with the roller blinds in the kitchen and thermacell blinds in the lounge we love the new modern look.

After choosing a top of the range blind system i was disappointed with the cheap fittings used to open and close the blinds, one has already broken

Very late to receive and big delays, understandable due to covid but communication was very poor. The quality if the venetians are questionable as bowing after 2 months. Curtains and sheers very happy with.
