I received short notice of a cancellation and made another appointment for the following week. However the person never showed up, I discovered there was an issue with the address and phone number. The service was very bad and there was no apology for the inconvenience.
A few years ago we asked a carpet person to come and they did not come on time.
They had to come back again for the next appointment. When they send me a bill it had the wrong address and the wrong person's name on it which I found to be ridiculous.
