Found the wires of communication had crossed. Harrison curtains and blinds didn't receive my email of my complaint. The age of technology. Sometimes it's a good thing and sometimes it's not such a good thing. Harrison's curtains and blinds came to my aid immediately and is now solving my problem with my blinds.
