Paula Youds is a consummate Professional. She offers warm, honest direction and helped us choose the most beautiful fabric, bumph and linings. She guided us through the process with fantastic communication and really good advice about puddling, rod width and track placement. I had no idea when thought “ let’s get curtains”, how many decisions needed to be made but she talked me through it all.
