Overall we are pleased with our blinds - there was a small hi cup re the measuring of 2 but that was remedied. Our agent was excellent. My first contact over the phone to book - with reception wasn't quite so straight forward - I was asked questions I did not see relevant at the time - as to what value/type of blinds I required - I told her that I would not know until I could see the product - & what type of payment would I require - then again something I would not know until the agent offered me the options pending what I wanted to purchase. - both these questions were not nec necessary at the time - far better to be given when the agent visits for a quote.
