Apologies for delay!. I found Sarah Bustard excellant. She knew her product well which made making decisions so much easier. she was honest about the specs, and the suitability of long term advantages, versus poorer quality, and life expectancy. Ease of keeping them clean, was compared with other products . Another rep was pushing for the new honey comb product. we did not like it in terms of ease of cleaning and robustness. Having chosen our 1st choice she immediately made out a quote, and completed all the measuring, saving another visit and subsequent delay. Another rep needed a 2nd visit for measuring, and left a rod fitting behind. Very unprofessional. I am very pleased with the product for reducing the cold coming in. I was a bit disappointed with the long wait after the home show. Thanks. Sue Fellows.
