If you deal with Alex Warren assure that you have done some research on energy suppliers so you can tell him what supplier you would like to go with. Otherwise he'll just run on a forecast of Harrisons preferred solar provider Octopus where no doubt they get a kick back and won't disclose this to you.
Also be prepared to wait. Harrisons will overcommit and under deliver when it comes to installation. If possible make an agreement to pay less if installation isn't complete by a certain date.
