“I had 4 quotes for solar panels, a battery and an ev charger to be installed. My house has a simple north facing roof. It was interesting that all quotes were similar and with a good deal of work done by each company. I chose Matt and Karla Carey as they were using a Tesla battery which suited my narrow outdoor space. This did cause some hilarity when I called the other companies as they said this was usually the reason given by customers that they were chosen to avoid Tesla. The whole process was very slick. Jake and his team arrived about 8am and by 3.30 they had finished the whole job. The boys were a pleasure to have here and I was very impressed by the way they problem solved and discussed solutions with me. A good tidy job was important to me and that is what I got. Matt has always been immediately available if I have had any questions but ultimately the system just needs time to settle in. I am very impressed with the power I am generating. It’s a pity the Genesis buy back rate is so low. Overall I am extremely happy to have chosen to go solar.”

“I received excellent service throughout the entire process. The team provided helpful advice, answered my questions promptly, and made the purchasing experience straightforward and enjoyable. The pricing was competitive and represented great value for money. Delivery was efficient and everything arrived as expected. While I did not need to use the returns or refunds process, the information provided was clear and gave me confidence that any issues would be handled professionally. “Great experience dealing with Andrew in the Whanganui region. He arrived to the appointment prepared and asked a lot of questions to understand what was important to us and what we were hoping to achieve out the product and then gave us options with each product benefit to choose from. We felt fully informed before making our decision and so it was an easy decision to make. The installers left the space extremely tidy and there was no disruption to us during the installation process. Every part of the process was professional and felt safe. We had no concerns or issues and felt no pressure to proceed if it wasn't right.”

“WE had an appointment with Andrew McNabb. It Calle don time. He had set aside an hour for the consultation - so he was taking our concerns /questions seriously - it was not a brush off. He listened and then provided my wife and I with clear precise information in relation to our questions. He took the time to explain how our solar panels were helping us with our power bills. He also asked follow up questions and then gave us excellent advice on power savings, for example when to run our pool filters even in winter. We were given ample time to re-ask questions or pose other avenues of enquiry. We appreciated his insights and that he was very well prepared for our consultation. Thank you Andrew”

“I had my solar installed by Jono in Blenheim several months ago and I have been very impressed with the product and the after sales service. He is always available for any questions I have and explanation of the system. The whole process, efficiency from start to finish of installation and setup, communication and expectations of the product has far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Jono and Harrison’s for anyone contemplating solar here in Blenheim.”

“We have recently used Harrisons to install a system (with battery) onto our property. Andrew(Manawatu and Kapiti)was responsive to our initial inquiry, and when he visited our house gave us multiple options at various price points to suit most budgets. All the information that he gave was great for making an informed decision. There was no "hard sell" or rush, and once we decided on the system we were going to buy the process was seamless. Now it is installed, it is working as we were advised it would. I would thoroughly recommend talking to Harrisons if you are thinking of installing solar.”

“We are very happy with the solar installed at our home. We have 30 years on our panels for warranty; we choose only an Inverter plus Solar panels. Like the look of the panels all black without lines in them. Very professionally installed any questions answered. We like the thought that we are making some of our own power reducing our power bill. Because this is a New Zealand company had to wait for a few months to have this installed, only needed to Paye a $1000.00 to hold our place in queue until ready for work to begin them 50 % and final amount when all completed. “Installation went well, the installer was great to deal with in getting the battery and charger placements where we wanted. The hardware we can use (battery and car charger) works as intended, but we can't say anything about the actual solar array. One month after Installation and we still have no idea when the electrical inspection will take place. This was passed to Harrisons own ispector, but no initial communication from them has been received, are we on the list? How far up or down are we now there has been a weather event? Were we on one to begin with? In short, the actual installer is great, the hardware we can use has worked, but don't expect to be able to use your solar array in a timely fashion.”

“Would love to be able to review Harrisons solar if we ever even received a quote. I've called twice and sent in requests for quotes via website 4x now and not a single follow up from them. Thats when I'm trying to get info and give them money, not even after they have it.”
