“Response to initial enqury was prompt and Sarel was through in his explanation of the system and the pricing was better than we had expected. Only drawback was not having an inverter in stock which delayed the installation by a few weeks. However it worked to our advantage as the new panels were then installed.”

“While I am happy with the installation process and the system, even as it took far too long till it got installed. I had to wait 2 months for a simple inverter exchange which then took 30 mins. Unfortunately the salesperson and administration is very unresponsive to my emails and txt, if they would have better customer service, I would be happy to recommend. Now I would like to have more panels and a Powerwall but are really reluctant to go ahead after this experience.”
