Hi Muir and Janet, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that there has been some misunderstanding here. I believe that you were made aware that there were some software issues with MyEnergi and that the reporting would look a little different. You made an informed decision to go ahead with this regardless. There was never any push for the balance of your payment, this is a standard text at the bottom of the Zero statements, and was not being chased while they were helping to sort out the issues. You were aware that they were working with MyEnergi to resolve the issues and the business owner spent 3 hours at your home helping to sort this issue with the help of Taspac and MyEnergi. Cameron (Christchurch) provided us with great, timely information as we went through a minefield of information and differing views, to ensure what will be best for us and our needs. Cameron and his team were great in their communication, giving clear answers to our many questions and able to get the install done as quickly as possible. The pricing was in our range and the support from Cameron was exlempary in helping provide additional information for us to consider. Very satidifed with the service and experience.”

“The Harrison franchise in the Marlborough area are keen to install solar but when there is a breakdown their performance is way below par and bookong an electrician who is going on holiday so cant do it yet sums up their customer service.l”

Hi Matt, Since notifying us of your inverter failure on 19/01/2024, our technical team has been working tirelessly to ensure a quick turnaround time. As the guarantee falls under the manufacturer's warranty, we have to adhere to the manufacturer's RMA processes / timelines. The unit was delivered to your property last week and the installation will commence next week. Considering most of our teams are booked out well in advance, this is a very good outcome. “Proposal was clear and options were explained. Final install was really clean and professional and I was impressed with the ability of the installers to install all equipment cleanly with no extra holes. Clearly the installers really know the regulations and requirements, so that was great to see. Final electrical sign off was perfect as the installers clearly know what they are doing. Final product is high quality and just works, which is what you want from an installation and technology!”
