“Happy with solar,only installed late January but looking good so far. Room for improvement as far as after installation customer service was concerned, we got there in the end.”

“Andre is a credit to the organisation. Not only is he very knowledgeable but answered my dumb questions with professionalism. Tineka and the office person were a great back up team; answering all queries quickly. Altogether with the installers they are a slick organisation.”

“We have been delighted with the Solar installation. Guy scoped the size and we were very clear of the hardware we were getting, the cost and the timescales. Installation was completed on the day specified and all the certifications etc were completed in a timely manner. There was some accedental damage to one of the soffits which Harrisons fixed quickly, absorbing the cost as well as the extra scaffolding costs. We have had a netsurplus of electricity during mid summer and have been very satisfied with the high wquality of the components and the installers. An awesome job.”

“I got a quote from Harrisons Solar as I liked the promo they have atm. 10 panels fully installed FROM $9995. I got a quote for 8 panels for nearly 11k. When I asked about the promo the rep said he does not know of anyone who would qualify for the 10 panels $9995 so IMO its false advertising. I have since got solar panels from a local company and am very happy. Harrisons won't get my business again anytime soon!”

“Zappi product okay. Commissioning and post installation service very poor. Compounded by their action in threatening penalty interest and debt collection action when I withheld 10% of the invoiced amount as a result. See my review comments for further details”

Hi Muir and Janet, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that there has been some misunderstanding here. I believe that you were made aware that there were some software issues with MyEnergi and that the reporting would look a little different. You made an informed decision to go ahead with this regardless. There was never any push for the balance of your payment, this is a standard text at the bottom of the Zero statements, and was not being chased while they were helping to sort out the issues. You were aware that they were working with MyEnergi to resolve the issues and the business owner spent 3 hours at your home helping to sort this issue with the help of Taspac and MyEnergi. It was disappointing to receive this review. Thanks, Customer Care
