Site visit, quote and explanation was exceptional as was the proficient and quick installation provided by his team of two competant installers. Compliance was a breeze thanks to the high quality of the install work The Harrison solar system provided by Carl has been faultless and has already saved me hundreds of dollars in power bills not to mention hundreds of dollars in credits accumulated. I thoroughly recommend their service. Carl talked us through the whole installation process very thoroughly and we’re delighted with the outcome. “Carl William and his team made the whole solar upgrade (additional Panels and Battery) process really smooth and effortless. On first meet to quote for the installation, Carl assessed my existing setup and recommended to optimal pathway which utilized my existing panel together with new panel installation and was quick and prompt with his communication. As my installation involved replacing my current inverter, Carl and his team managed to install the gateway over the space of the old inverter to hide the holes from the previous inverter. The installers came promptly on the advised installation date for both the panels and battery (delivery delay meant battery was installed a week later) and we very professional through the installation process and did a tidy install.”

“We decided to invest in solar and out of all the companies I asked for quotes Harrisons Waikato were the only company that came to site, the rest just asked for photos or a video link. We decided to go with Harrison because of the quality of the panels, inverter and hot water diverter offered (do your homework, some of the cheaper options are not worth touching). Andre and Tineka Kavanagh (Harrison's Waikato) have been brilliant, their communication has been outstanding with up-to-date information and accurate timelines, we couldn't have asked for more. The system is up and running and no issues at all, the installer was very good and did a very tidy job of the installation. We would highly recommend including Harrison s Waikato if you are considering a solar system.”

“Solar is great, follow up not good. Our wifi is not working on solar, doesnt affect the solar but it doesnt let us read how much usage etc. No one got back to me re fixing it, i did finally get a video sent as to how poss. Fix it but so fast and had to watch while using my ph to do the fixing,.. it was impossible, otherwise i have to PAY fir a tech to come and fix. I have only had it less than 6 months. Promised the world, changed after it was installed. Shame on you Harrisons. I hace called again and now waiting to see if soneone will cone and put wifii on for free so i can have the complete package.”

“I cannot believe we waited so long to have solar panels installed! Andrew was so patient and came out numerous times at our request to explain things. We eventually went ahead and had them installed and we are truly amazed at the difference in our electricity bills. Our last two bills without solar were $435 and $369, with solar $100 and $80. If you are considering installing solar panels we cannot recommend Harrison’s Manawatu, Andrew and his installers highly enough.”

I understand that there were some requests from you, around the inverter location, that did not meet health and safety regulations. “Steve and Sharron at Harrisons Taranaki are excellent to deal with from the initial meetings – where all the info received was easy to understand and Steve’s electrical knowledge was top notch, the installation progress was equally as painless and then helping us navigate the lines companies and retailer approvals and tariffs was so welcomed. We’ve had our system for approximately 2 years and expected to install a battery about 1 year after installing the panels. Our decision was based on reducing our upfront costs but we also wanted to spend time learning about how to reduce our energy consumption and use other tools like the sun and power timers. Two years in and we are really happy with our reduced power bills and in the summer our export outweighs our usage so we receive credits! Our retailer export contract recently expired and Sharron was more than happy to share her knowledge on best export rates around when I cheekily enquired and she was superfast responding. I have no hesitation in recommending Harrisons Taranaki – they continue to be excellent to deal with and provide outstanding customer service. Thanks!”

“Absolutely happy with the service and products. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable team able to go through the complexities of solar in an easily understandable manner for ignorant people like me. Julian is friendly and efficient and answered question and issues promptly. Jaggy, the electrician, worked till late at night to fix any issues arising. He skillfully navigated my older house's crazy electrical system and got everything moving smoothly. Thoroughly recommend as they made the complex system go smoothly with zero stress on my part.”

“Such a major installation to your home is bound to cause inconvenience and disruption. Have to say that Laura and Jenni keep us fully informed and made sure we had the best team available in the Bay to do the install.( Callum Phil, and his team from Elite.) They we’re polite thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. However, the downside to having solar, is the time now wasted watching the app, and seeing the power going backwards and forward.( it’s actually quite fun.) Recommend both Harrison’s and Elite! Bruce and Linda.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Straun he was very knowledgeable and informative talking through all my options and coming up with a solution that meets my power needs now and with a bit of future proofing and to come and see me on a Sunday morning to suit my schedule was just brilliant. Straun was very patient as I had timing issues with the bank but he assured me it was not a problem and the quote will be honored even sfter six weeks over it's time. Once everything was finalized communication was excellent regarding install times and even after being delayed by the power company as there was an issue with the export limit ( the power supply where I am located is so old and underrated for the area ) but after a bit of negotiating from Straun he got it sorted with an outcome in my favor. As for the installers after a brief consult about where to locate the battery, inverter; gateway and isolation switches they did a fantastic job which looks very tidy and easily blends into the house and the Aiko panels look fantastic on the roof you hardly notice them. So thanks to Straun and his team at harrisons, professional and faultless.”

“Andre Kavanagh from Harrisons Tauranga was excellent in helping us work through options without pressure to make what is a big financial commitment. He has been extremely responsive since installation a couple as I get familiar with the technology. We included the battery which while expensive, makes the difference especially in winter. Definitely recommend Andre if solar is on your radar.”
