Carl William and his team made the whole solar upgrade (additional Panels and Battery) process really smooth and effortless. On first meet to quote for the installation, Carl assessed my existing setup and recommended to optimal pathway which utilized my existing panel together with new panel installation and was quick and prompt with his communication. As my installation involved replacing my current inverter, Carl and his team managed to install the gateway over the space of the old inverter to hide the holes from the previous inverter. The installers came promptly on the advised installation date for both the panels and battery (delivery delay meant battery was installed a week later) and we very professional through the installation process and did a tidy install.
