I had a mixed experience with Harrisons Solar. It went from outstanding communication and service initially to frustration with the level of service and lack of communication when the installer took over from the Franchise Owner. But at the end of the process when lots of things were changing Andrew from Harrisons Solar Manawatu stepped up and sorted everything and made sure everything was working how it should be. And then a couple weeks into my panels being all up and running I had problems with connection, and Andrew responded promptly to my panicked emails and got everything back up and running and supplied me with troubleshooting hints in case of anything else.
