I spent an hour going through the online request-a-quote bulldust, only to receive a call telling me they have no service agents in the West Coast and if one becomes available they will advise me. You advertise as the largest solar provider in NZ yet you walk away from an entire region? What the hell is wrong with sending someone a few times a month from Christchurch, Nelson, etc to provide a service.
