Whole experience has been second rate, from errors on the quote and not honouring all the conditions as per NZ consumer law. Damage to my roof, rubbish left on site. Very very slow to rectify problems. Still working through this process. Zero follow up from Auckland franchisee to ensure satisfaction with installation and product.
