plenty of easy to understand information regarding Solar. Contractors explained everything in easy to understand language. When we had an issue they were quick to fix it with no fuss. i do have a current issue that has not been fixed though apparently is easy for me to fix. We had to get a new modem for our internet and Conan sent me a u-tube video to fix, however the video did not match up with my pc system and I have requested a relevant video/info however to date has not been forthcoming. I need to change in the Datamaster, it won't let me into the datamaster on the relevant site. I have worked out the inverter side correctly (even tho different to the video instructions) I wonder if I am not actually the 'manager' able to change these details as When I try to change anything It tells me I am not eligible to do so. both Gecko and Conan/Harrisons are listed alongside myself as 'managers' or maybe I am just not tech enough, lol.
