We had very good service. They returned a call very quickly about a query I had. The product arrived on time and in tack. The instructions to put the moon gate together were very clear and I was able to construct most of it on my own. It is however at least a two man job to erect the Moongate. I am very pleased with both the look of it and the strength of it, definitely value for money.
