Was easy to order and didn't have to wait long for delivery. The turf arrived stacked flat on a pallet. Was easy to roll and carry to my back garden. Came in 1 mtr by 1/2mtr sections. It was of good quality and was healthy. Was light enough to roll and carry up a ladder, even after watering. Did not fall apart and was easy to cut to fit. The delivery driver rang ahead on the day of delivery to say he was 30 minutes away. Extremely satisfied with the product and will not hesitate to use it again for my next project.
