this company is a rip off,i tried like everyone else to get a refund and they said no,so i went to paypal and filed a complaint against them,they have a few days to answer my complaint,if not paypal says they will step in and i will get a refund from paypal,so people go and look and see if paypal paid them if they did you are insured,go luck
