""I ordered a 14XX loco on a Thursday, requesting the fitting of a DCC chip. Monday was a bank holiday in UK, August bank holiday, and I received delivery on Tuesday, normal mail. I live in Donegal, the extreme north west of the Irish Republic. You cannot get a better service than that. The loco ran perfectly. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Well done Hattons.
