Always great and friendly service from Hattons and I have been a Hattons customer for many years. The orders come quickly and are just as they say they will be. Prices are always fair and reasonable. Sometimes I place an order in the evening and the stuff comes the next day. I don't know of any other model railway retailer that can achieve such a quick turnaround. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. When I hear the scouse accent (or indeed any Hattons accent) on the telephone, I know I am in good hands. I can't talk about returns and refunds as they have never come up with my orders. I can say honestly that I have no hesitation in recommending Hattons.
