Product broke after the first few games on my son's birthday so we took it to the local store. You can't return things through the store even though you can collect?!!! Seems a bit of a shame. We had to take it back home. Service from this point was excellent. A replacement was sent out with no quibble. Just a shame we weren't able to swap it at the store and they send it back. It was a birthday present and my son was unable to play with it on his birthday.
