The parcels always arrive very promptly and such a good range of prices and products. I have however been really disappointed recently that product quality seems to have dropped.
I have used products with the children I work with who have autism and other learning difficulties for years and the toys have lasted well. Recently I've purchased toys that have arrived broken or not worked properly or stopped working/ broken after I have used them a couple of times. This is really disappointing as I have to pay for many of these resources out of my own pocket!!
